Zinavo created a beautiful website that continues to draw in new customers from all over the world. Setting up the site was painless and the staff always responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. They were thorough and very helpful in training our team to update and maintain the site. I would like to share my personal experience with all of you that I had with Zinavo Technologies Kalyannagar. If I say that it is worst web designing company then you may not believe thinking that someone has intentionally put this review. But to be frank I was greatly disappointed with the way they operate, understand the client requirements & working within the time frame. Firstly, dont get astonished by seeing their website and the portfolio. This is where I made mistake. Portfolio is fake.They have put USA & UK numbers on the website just to show that it is a big company. In reality there are hardly 8-10 people working in this company. They do not understand the client requirements properly, they will agree with everything, whatever the client asks for. After receiving the money they will say that they cannot do what was asked.Most important is that the time. They will never complete the project on time, in fact they start at the end of the date. Time is very crucial for any business, if they are not delivering the project on time then what is the use of such a company. Please never ever hire them for any services.

We previously had web site that produced little results. When the time come to replace it, we contacted Zinavo who gave great advise and made the production of a new site very straight forward. The new site has much better web presence and has been very favourably commented on by customers resulting in improved sales at a difficult time for our industry. Zinavo Technologies is amongst the worst web development companies you could work with. They will never deliver in time, if at all they plan to deliver or have the capability to deliver. We had a harrowing experience where they signed a web development agreement with us, agreed to several time lines and never delivered. after a year, they said their employees have left and cannot deliver our web portal. I have interacted personally with Nazar who owns the company and must say that he is absolutely unprofessional and has no ethics whatsoever. Karthik the other cofounder is also non-responsive and all of them together are a bunch of average guys.

Pros: We are very happy...we improved our conversion rate and our brand image. Customers tell us they love it . Cons: There is nothing to find that much about this company. Advice to Management: Zinavo technology has done excellent work in implementing our design ideas. I enjoy being able to modify page content and to truly develop a blog on our site.

Pros: Nothing best about Zinavo to say. Simply worst.
Cons: Treats employees like slave, charges more for client for a small work, pays less to employee for a much work. Full of pressure. Office timing only for name-shake, but actual timing is 24*7. No government holidays. No proper basic needs like drinking water etc. Advice to Management: Treat employees as a Human not as a dog/slave.

Cons: All the clients displayed on their website are fake and they dont know about web designing itself. Advice to Management: Basically, Zinavo Technologies is simply showcasing on their website saying they have international clients. As of 9th May 2017, there were 71 reviews stated on Google for zinavo. The star rating has been manipulated by false positive reviews. These reviews are word for word found on other websites. Questionable at the very least, I would say. Doesn't help the other companies that some of them have also falsified their reviews. Feel free to contact the original site owners mentioned below regarding reviews/testimonials.

These positive reviews date back to 2015. The earlier positive reviews appear genuine. This can be ascertained by language and diction used.

The 18 reviews in question have screen shots and website addresses from where review content were stolen/lifted.You will notice how they use reviews from their own websites (based on how they operate, I doubt if even that is original), but different names!! Wherever they try to infuse their own remark within a review, it can be spotted - change in grammar, language, usage of capitalisation.

Before choosing Zinavo I was lucky if I was getting 5 hits a day from organic traffic on 1-2 keywords. Zinavo was targeting my site with about 10 different keywords. All of the keywords they were trying to optimize had no rankings in Google! Now all of my keywords are ranked: 5 Keywords in the 1st page, Remaining in the top 30 Position in Google ,Now I’m getting 40-50 hits a day on nearly 30 to 50 different keywords! They provided plenty of detailed reports letting you know exactly how your keywords have changed since the last update. I’m really happy with their Technical results and Communication.

This company is fraudulent and misleading in all that they state on their site. Please be wary how you deal with them. 

We contacted them to create a an e-commerce site for us using Magento platform. The first developer assigned to us was Aravind. We had him removed and replaced with Anitha, who unfortunately is very slow with her work. When asked why this was the case, her reply (exact words) "They have given me other work to finish first" 

We made our first payment (60%) on 24th January. The person we were in touch with was Roshan (The business development manager. I believe his real name is Senthil Pandy). Within two days, Aravind (a developer who works for them) kept emailing us stating site was complete. He did just the homepage after many many corrections. He cannot understand customer requirements. And we had him changed later due to his absolute incompetence. He deletes any work that you do. Any images uploaded will disappear thanks to his incompetence and sheer stupidity. 

On the 31st of January we made balance payment (40%). This is when the nightmare began. Suddenly Roshan was always in meetings. Unable to answer phone calls and emails promptly. It reached a point when he would only respond by end of day. 

We paid extra to get the work completed in 15 days. 

THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.

Subsequently they began ignoring our emails and phone calls. Leaving us an incomplete and abandoned website.

We were to launch by third week of February 2017 latest. Nothing. We have consequently lost sales and have stock sitting with us which remains unsold. 

Warning were sent to them following correct protocol. We first went through http://nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ 

They provided instructions. zinavo ignored. We then went through ICRPC https://www.icrpc.org/  

Warnings were sent to zinavo from ICRPC. zinavo chose to ignore. Which brought us to this stage - Filing a complaint with the Consumer Court in Bangalore.
